Pathify and Arkansas State University today announced their partnership to modernize their student experience. Through this collaboration, Arkansas State launched a new, centralized campus portal powered by Pathify, the leading digital engagement hub for higher education. 

With a rollout expected this summer, Pathify replaces the university’s legacy "link farm"-style portal with a modern platform designed to simplify campus life and boost student retention.

“Pathify allows us to create more cohesive, intuitive digital experiences for students,” said Chris Boothman, Chief Information Officer at Arkansas State University. “It’s more than just a portal — it’s a platform helping us meet students where they are, and guide them to where they need to be.”

Branded as “Pack Portal,” the new portal will serve as a one-stop shop for Arkansas State’s diverse academic community. Integrating key systems including Ellucian Banner and Canvas, the platform will offer personalized, task-driven access to essential campus resources, communications and services.

The Pathify platform enables the university to move previously public-facing content behind an authenticated wall and deliver tailored messages and action items to specific student populations. This level of personalization and targeted communication is expected to enhance student engagement and contribute to long-term retention goals.
